We are thrilled to be hosting The Rossiter Stretching Practitioner Training in November 2019, the very first training in Asia!
What is The Rossiter Stretching?
The Rossiter Stretching, formally known as The Rossiter System , is one of the most powerful bodywork methods for targeted relief and prevention of structural pain. It is a unique, effective, safe method that provides fast pain relief.
The Rossiter System is a two-person stretching modality that not only alleviates pain but can prevent its occurrence. It offers a series of powerful and effective techniques for addressing structural pain and restriction of movement at its source – the connective tissue system.

What people are saying about Rossiter Stretching?
“Rossiter is amazing! I have tried everything to relieve stress and tension from my scalene and neck muscles, and this is the only thing that works. Rossiter has helped me from getting injured and has helped me stay consistent in both my yoga practice and weight training. This will always be a staple in my self care regimen.”
“…I was surprised to get relief and improved function after just one session with Rossiter, and with subsequent sessions have experienced dramatic improvement in pain levels, as well as significant reduction in need for medication and other medical care…

Can movement teachers learn this technique?
Absolutely, The Rossiter Stretching has gained it popularity among Pilates, Yoga, Dance teachers and athletic trainers for it’s quick pain relief results. This makes teaching more effective as the underlying tight connective tissue is released and therefore increases its vitality and function. Movement teachers describe Rossiter as “the missing link” in achieving their client’s goals, by restoring mobility and eliminating pain so efficiently.
Rossiter can be done most anywhere, anytime. Rossiter is a perfect up-sell or stand alone for your clients, and can be done in a short period of time. The ROI is potentially huge.
All trainings are approved by the Pilates Method Alliance for 16 CEC’s per training.
