Also known as Chelah, has always loved dance and still enjoys living life as a dancer. A dedicated Yoga practitioner and raw food vegan chef, Chelah started practicing Vinyasa yoga 10 years ago and continues to practice daily to this day. As fate would have it her love and dedication to her yoga practice led her to her now blossoming Gyrotonic career path.
Completing most of her training in Germany, Gyrotonic has been an adventure filled endeavor for her since she begin her training in 2011. Training in California, Germany, Australia and now in Bali has been a most rewarding experience.
Gyrotonic has become more than a movement modality for Chelah. The spiraling motion, expansion and grace she experiences is her secret recipe for happiness. She receives so much joy and fulfillment from sharing this system of movement with all her clients, family & friends. Her most excitement comes when she witnesses the transformation that takes place in each person after their first sessions. Chelah is also very dedicated to teaching and preparing her clients to enter into the Gyrotonic teacher training journey themselves and is currently preparing herself to become a teacher trainer.
Chelah has recently completed her Balanced Body® Pilates training. Pilates has offered her a wonderful way to dive deeper into the world of anatomy and has refined her skills in teaching movement. Core engagement and body alignment has become the foundation and focus of her teaching.
Chelah is very pleased to share the gift of Gyrotonic, Pilates and yoga with all whom are ready and willing. Chelah’s believes in unconditional love, creative expression, abundance, good vibes is highly contagious and makes her a very popular instructor.
